Ruff is creating an evil invention to get revenge of Spot Spotnik. He tells the Fetchers there are some toys outside Studio G saying, "Why you might ask? Because it's part of my dastardly plot for my revenge! Ha ha!" In the end, Spot apologized to Ruff for cheating.
